What qualifications do your tutors have?

We are all fully qualified, highly experienced outstanding teachers still currently working in schools. We all have our areas of expertise from phonics and early maths through to SATs and 11+. We teach to our strengths!

We are DBS checked, safeguard trained and ICO (GDPR) registered.

Tutoring by Teachers is fully insured, licensed and trade marked.

How do you personalise the tutoring sessions?

All of our students are continously informally assessed by our teachers throughout the sessions and this is used to tailor our lessons activities. Parents receive a 6 weekly assessment report showing personalised progress and targets. 

Our reports (ITAPs - Individual Tutoring Assessment Plans) are more detailed than school reports and show exactly how your child is doing across many different aspects of learning. For example, a year 5 student in our maths group will be graded against every strand of the maths curriculum and parents will know what areas to focus on next.

What results can I expect from your tutoring service?

We promise the highest quality, teacher-approved resourced sessions taught with high energy, a big smile and kindness.

We promise your child will improve in accuracy, speed and confidence and we promise to do this at their own pace.
